House of Hope is also an outreach of Gibson County CWJC. Serving as a long-term transition house facility, our mission is to house women coming out of incarceration and rehab facilities. Our goal is to provide a loving and safe environment to prepare them to live independently and successfully in society. As a faith-based organization, we aspire to meet the individual needs of our residents by providing Powered for Life classes, Bible studies, mentorship programs, community projects, job referrals, and other resources as needed.

Leanne is from Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She graduated from National Academy of Sports Medicine with a certification in Personal Training, specializing in Fitness Nutrition. After five years, she transitioned from the nutrition field to the construction industry as a kitchen and bath designer. Leanne served in children's ministry at her hometown church, First General Baptist before she felt God's call for her to work to advance His Kingdom in a different way and after seeking the Lord for a season, she answered that call in a specific way when she submitted her resume to Christian Women's Job Corp House of Hope. She now serves as the House Manager and says she feels truly honored to serve in this capacity. Her passion is to "help women unlock the gifts that are inside of them and help them maximize their Kingdom potential". Her foundational scripture is Psalm 46:5, "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at the break of day."
